Because our products are entirely customized and tailored to individual specifications, our return policy differs from standard online retailers.

  1. Defects & Printing Errors
    We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If we make a typographical error that deviates from the data you submitted, or if the product arrives physically damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the defect, and we will arrange a 100% free reprint and replacement shipment for you.
  2. Customer-Induced Errors
    We cannot offer refunds or reprints if the product contains errors resulting from inaccurate details, low-resolution photos, or blurry signature files submitted by the customer. Please review your input carefully before finalizing payment.
  3. Order Cancellations
    Once an order is paid and production begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the immediate allocation of custom raw materials.
