- Defects & Printing Errors
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If we make a typographical error that deviates from the data you submitted, or if the product arrives physically damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the defect, and we will arrange a 100% free reprint and replacement shipment for you. - Customer-Induced Errors
We cannot offer refunds or reprints if the product contains errors resulting from inaccurate details, low-resolution photos, or blurry signature files submitted by the customer. Please review your input carefully before finalizing payment. - Order Cancellations
Once an order is paid and production begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the immediate allocation of custom raw materials.
